We have assembled a high quality group of musicians in the Green Bay area and we are playing strictly in the Mariachi style. This style was originated in Mexico and we are trying to keep the traditions of this musical style alive in our community.
The musical instruments of the Mariachi include Trumpets and Violins and specific songs from the region around Guadalajara Mexico. The diversified group of musicians that we have in the group are 1st generation and 2nd generations from Mexico intermixed with musicians that have grown up in the Green Bay region. Mariachi PerformancesOPTIONS:
1) Catholic Mass Ceremony - We have been playing Mariachi style music at Catholic Masses for many years. There are many traditions to follow at the Mass. 2) Dinner Music playing classic's of the Mariachi genre * Amor Eterno * El Ray * Celito Lindo * Contigo Aprendi * Costumbres * Esta Vida (Qué Bonita Es Esta Vida) * Guadalajara * Si Nos Dejan ..... And more 3) Educational Music/Art presentations - For schools and other art groups, explaining the meaning of the songs, including conversation and musical makeup of the song. Price varies on the following: 1) Travel distance from Green Bay Wisconsin 2) Number of musicians 3) Sound system requirements 4) Options selected: Mass, Dinner and/or Educational We strive to have the following instrumentalists at all shows:
- Vocalists - Bass/Guitarrón - Acoustic Guitar/Vihuela - Trumpet - Violin However, we think it's better to have two trumpets and two violins when the musicians are available. |
