Lighthouses of Iceland - Svalbarðseyri
The lighthouse in Svalbarðseyri at Eyjafjörður in North Iceland. The lighthouse was built in 1920 and rebuilt in1930. It is still in use. It gives automaticly a flash every six seconds. The hight of building is 7,5 m. and the height. of light is 9 m above sea level.

LocationSvalbarðseyri is a village in the Svalbarðsströnd district on the eastern coast of Eyjafjörður. Svalbarðsströnd is a thriving agricultural area and in the village there is a long tradition of agricultural service and industry and there you also find a small boat marina.
